Bulqit

Co-Founder, Chief Operating Officer

Bulqit is reimagining neighborhood-based home services by connecting homeowners and outdoor service vendors through a two-sided digital marketplace. We help communities organize, simplify, and save on recurring services like lawn care, pools, and pest control — while empowering local service providers to scale smarter.

As Co-Founder and COO, I oversee operations, product development, marketing, and vendor management. My focus is on building systems, culture, and processes that scale — turning early traction into an operationally excellent, data-driven platform.

Everywhere Wireless/Zentro

CHIEF OF PEOPLE, INNOVATION, AND CULTURE

Built the company’s first People & Culture function and introduced systems for performance, feedback, and leadership development — helping Zentro transition from a founder-led startup to a high-growth, culture-driven organization.

Experience Institute

Interim CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Experience Institute works to help individuals build important skills. Ei works with corporate clients looking to bolster their teams' personal and professional development needs, professionals seeking a "leap year" of self-directed experience, and current college students to provide a combination of international study and targeted professional internships.

My work with Ei originated as a senior advisor to the Founder & CEO. After only a brief engagement of strategy and coaching, I was quickly recruited join the company as interim COO, where I led a successful round of investment, helped the company develop additional products and services, and restructured the company's operations to increase both margins and output.

SUPES Academy

PRESIDENT · CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER · OWNER

I acquired intellectual property to create SUPES Academy as a way to address a major gap in professional development for K–12 leaders — few superintendents or school executives had access to structured leadership training.

Under my leadership, the organization expanded from training a few dozen educators annually to thousands nationwide, developing programs that supported superintendents, cabinet members, and principals in building stronger, more aligned leadership teams.

We established partnerships with Apple, NBC, and major school systems to deliver customized leadership academies and districtwide development programs. Over time, SUPES became the largest and most recognized professional development firm in K–12 education, supported by a national network of more than 200 consultants.

After seven years of sustained growth and national impact, we positioned the company for a successful acquisition by a respected partner in the field.

Princeton Review

ASSISTANT VP + EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

I joined The Princeton Review after leading a successful engagement that revitalized one of its federally funded tutoring programs for low-income students. Starting with a small, underperforming initiative in Chicago, I conducted a 90-day strategic audit across 300+ schools and implemented a new operating model that dramatically improved delivery, quality, and accountability. Within months, the program grew from under 100 participants to more than 8,000 — becoming one of the company’s most successful community programs and representing over 10% of total company revenue.

Following that success, I was promoted to lead Customer Experience and Support for all regional offices nationwide. I centralized operations across 50+ locations, consolidating fragmented call centers and standardizing customer communications, service protocols, and training. These efforts cut operational costs by 20% while doubling revenue through improved retention and cross-selling efficiency.

In this role, I also launched one of The Princeton Review’s first online sales and chat support platforms, introducing digital service channels that became the foundation for the company’s modern customer experience infrastructure.
